Healthy Chicken Tenders
When I first made this recipe, the family had no idea how good they would turn out. Popular with both adults and kids, they all loved the crispy cheesy crust and how tender the meat was. Perfect for football nights as a finger food or a party appetizer where you want to indulge, but still keep it a healthy and low calorie.
Many baked chicken tenders aren’t crispy when breaded in gluten free flours and baked in the oven, but NOT this one! The texture is exactly what you want in a chicken tender.
