Hello, my name is Larissa Shaw

I'm a wife and mom of two beautiful girls. I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and wellness. Whether it was my mother in the kitchen baking delicious cakes or my grandmother who always taught me to embrace a good homemade meal. Cooking became not only a hobby, but a way of life. After pursuing a degree in Health Promotion, my interest in learning how to nurture my body with real foods grew tremendously. Having children gave me inspiration to not only learn about real foods but to use them for proper growth and development of my children. I believe in the power of healing foods, but also believe we should embrace life with balance. By doing so you will find happiness in the simplest of things.
